Christmas at Christ the King
Blue Christmas
Saturday, December 23, at 6:30pm
We will begin by acknowledging that this holiday season will be difficult for many. On Saturday, we will hold a Blue Christmas service in Luther Cafe (the original chapel). Come, light a candle for a loved one, shed some tears, and feel the presence of God and the community. This service is in person only.
Christmas Eve Morning
Sunday, December 24 at 8:30 & 11am
The day begins at 8:30 with traditional worship followed by contemporary worship at 11am. Both services will be in person and livestreamed at ctkcary.com/live.
Christmas Eve
Sunday, December 24 at 4pm, 4pm, 6pm, 7:30pm and 10:30pm
There will be five services in the evening with both contemporary and traditional styles. All services will be in person and livestreamed at ctkcary.com/live.
Contemporary Services: The 4pm Children's Service has an extended children's sermon and uses glowsticks instead of candles; communion will not be served. The 6pm Candlelight Service will have the band playing a variety of old and new songs; communion will be served.

Traditional Services: The 4pm Lessons & Carols Service will feature a quartet of singers leading worship. The 7:30 and 10:30pm Candlelight Services will feature the full Chancel Choir. Communion will be served at all three services.
Christmas Day
Monday, December 25 at 11am
While many people will worship on Christmas Eve, there is still one more service to attend on Christmas Day! Join Pastor Wolfgang for this year's edition of "Why I Hate Christmas." You will be inspired to take the spirit of Christmas into every day of the new year. The service will be in person and livestreamed at ctkcary.com/live. Communion will be served.
